Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped from the UK.
UK orders are usually processed within 24 hours unless Next Business Day (UK only) is selected during checkout and the order is placed before 1pm.
International orders are 1-3 day processing time.
Next business day shipping within the UK requires the order to be completed before 1pm. Orders with Next business day that are placed after 1pm will be dispatched on the next business day. Next business day shipping will only be delivered on business days and not on weekends.
Successfully placed orders will receive email confirmation including a link to download an invoice.
Order Shipping
All UK orders are shipped using a Royal Mail 'signed for' service. This means a signature is required upon delivery. Delivery times are an estimate and are dependent on Royal Mail's service. Delivery times are in addition to the processing time.
Royal Mail strike action can affect shipping times and should be considered when placing an order for delivery in the UK.
International orders are via courier service and a tracking number will be supplied once the collection has been arranged by the courier. Any local import duty, taxes and disbursement fees are to be paid by the purchaser.
Special Delivery Requirements
Should you require your order to be shipped a certain way (buyer organises own courier collection, Saturday delivery etc.), please give us a call and we will do our best to cater to it.
